Spring Subscription Terms + Conditions
Payment & Reservations
Your spot in the Spring Bouquet Subscription is officially held once your payment is completed at checkout. Because I plan, plant, and grow specifically for these subscriptions, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
If something comes up and you can’t finish the season, you’re welcome to transfer the remaining bouquets to a friend or family member — just send me a quick email with their name so I know who to expect. All payment arrangements for transfers are handled between you and the new recipient.
Season Timing & Weather Flexibility
The Spring Bouquet Subscription is planned to begin in early April, but the exact start date will always depend on weather, bloom timing, and growing conditions.
I will email you 1–2 weeks before the first pickup with the confirmed start date and any important updates.
My goal is to provide two bouquets each month throughout April, May, and June. However, because flowers are truly seasonal, the exact pickup weeks may shift based on how things are growing. Some blooms show up early, others take their time — it’s all part of the beauty of real, garden-grown flowers.
No matter how the timing shifts, you will receive your full set of 6 bouquets for the season.
I understand that pickup dates may need to shift based on weather, bloom timing, and growing conditions, and that Wilderbloom Gardens may adjust or combine weeks as needed.
It is your responsibility to:
Make sure I have your correct email address.
Add my email address (leanna@wilderbloomgardens.com) to your contacts.
Check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders.
Reach out if you haven’t received any emails by the end of March.
The Reality of Seasonal Flowers
When you purchase a Spring Bouquet Subscription, you’re investing in a real, seasonal flower farm.
You understand that:
Only certain flowers bloom at certain times of year; specific varieties cannot be guaranteed.
Weather, pests, disease, and natural events (such as drought, flood, extreme heat/cold, storms, etc.) may affect what and how much I can harvest.
My goal is always to provide beautiful, abundant bouquets each subscription week. In the unlikely event that extreme conditions prevent me from providing the full number of bouquets:
I may adjust the schedule, combine weeks, or substitute with similar blooms.
If I am unable to provide the minimum number of bouquets for the season, I will reach out with options, which may include a pro-rated credit or refund for any missed weeks.
Flower Quality
Flowers are harvested at peak freshness and handled with care before pickup or delivery.
Because flowers are a perishable product, vase life can vary depending on the variety and how they’re cared for once you take them home. Most flowers last 3–6+ days, and vase life will vary based on the type of flower and home conditions.
Once bouquets are picked up or delivered, Wilderbloom Gardens is not responsible for flower condition beyond that point, including shortened vase life due to temperature, handling, or home care.
If there is an issue at the time of pickup, you must email me within 4 hours with a photo so I can review what happened.
Pickup Policy (Farm Stand Only)
All bouquets must be picked up at the Wilderbloom Gardens Farm Stand at the location and time listed on the product page and in reminder emails.
If you cannot pick up your bouquet, you may:
Send a friend/family member to pick up for you
orDouble up on bouquets another week
It is your responsibility to email me the Monday before the scheduled Wednesday pickup with your request.
If you miss pickup without communication, the bouquet is forfeited and may be donated. Credits or refunds will not be available.
Rescheduling Policy: Wilderbloom Gardens allows ONE reschedule per season, if you contact me before your scheduled pickup time.
Delivery Policy (Optional Add-On)
If you choose paid delivery:
Delivery must be pre-arranged and pre-paid before the subscription begins.
Delivery is available only within the areas listed on the product page or in an agreed-upon location.
Deliveries will be made to the address you provide at checkout, during the timeframe listed in the delivery option.
You are responsible for:
Providing a correct address
Providing a safe/covered spot if you will not be home
Leaving a bucket of water in a shaded, protected area for the flowers
Wilderbloom Gardens is not liable for bouquets lost, stolen, weather-damaged, or wilted after delivery is completed. Missed, inaccessible, or incorrect-address deliveries will not be refunded.
